Pepperwood Hills Estate is a wonderful place to call home!
This community is made up of Pepperwood Hills 1 and 2 and Pepperwood Estate on the corner of Cloverdale and Victory in Boise Idaho. The community is surrounded with some farm land and comparable subdivisons. It has an elementary school located in the community adjacent to a 7 acre park. The community is comprised of distinctive custom built homes with some protective CCR's. Recent building has been done by Eaglewood, Stetson and Riverwood Homes all builders with reputations for quality.
There are only a few lots left in one of Boise's finest communities.

Some of my favorite places to visit in this are is the Greenhouses on Victory and Five Mile. They have top quality bedding plants and their baskets are drop dead gorgeous! Everything I've bought there has thrived and prices are good. They also sell local produce and other groceries.
Another place I frequent is the Thai resturant on the corner of Overland and Five Mile. Pad Thai House is one of the best Thai in Boise. Super friendly service, large portions of fresh, spicy food, with adjustable heat. Their ice tea and fried Ice cream make exceptions treats.
